About Rowhome Design
Hi neighbor,
I’m Ana Cvetkovic, a fellow South Philly homeowner and the founder of interior design firm Rowhome Design.
After decorating my 100+ year-old rowhome, I know firsthand that these houses are full of charm AND design puzzles.
South Philly clients come to Rowhome Design when they love their home, but need it to work better for their lives.
Whether you’re…
Struggling with awkward layouts, narrow rooms, or no real entryway
Turning your starter house into your forever home
Growing your family and trying to make room in a house that already feels full
Desperate for better storage
… I can help you create a home that feels more functional and personal.

Our Process
-
After you tell us about your project, we’ll schedule a complimentary virtual consultation to learn more about your home, goals, timeline, and investment range.
We’ll also walk you through how we work and determine whether Rowhome Design is the right fit for your project.
-
Once we decide we’re going to work together, we’ll hit the ground running on your Design Plan, which involves:
Design Consultation: During this in-home consultation we’ll guide you through our in-depth design discovery process which gets us into your head so we’ll make decisions you’ll love.
We also measure your space and take inventory of pieces to reuse in the project.
Moodboards: A curated collection of palettes, textures, and inspiration images that establish the overall direction of your space and ensure we're aligned on style before we dive into selections.
Selections: Carefully selected furniture, lighting, art, décor, wall and window treatments, tailored to your lifestyle and investment.
Visualizations: 2D floor plans and 3D mockups to show layout, scale, and how everything will look in your space.
Your taste leads the way, but Rowhome’s signature approach ensures your space feels elevated, personal, and anything but generic.
-
After you approve the furnishings and finishes, we handle procuring everything. Items are delivered to our warehouse, inspected by our team, and held safely — nothing showing up on your stoop.
-
We'll set up all the pieces in your space, manage tradespeople and contractors, and add the finishing touches. You just show up to a finished room.
